Choose your recovery treatment, book a time, and let FitNest help you reset, recover, and move better.
Pre-book to save: advance bookings are R349 for a single session or R599 for a couples session. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows at R399 for a single session or R649 for a couples session. Standard bookings require at least 2 hours' notice; active monthly members receive priority access from 1 hour before an available slot through the My FitNest App.
Workplace Recovery Days
20-minute employee treatments plus a separate 5-minute changeover for dressing and preparing the next client at our Gordon's Bay branch or your workplace. Packages include all currently available recovery options: sports, deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques, cupping, leg compression, TENS and percussion, selected after consent and screening. Massage requires clothing to be removed from the treatment area, with underwear kept on, towel draping and a private room for changing and treatment. Larger packages offer lower rates per employee. Workplace visits add R250 travel per visit.
